Did you know that we purchase wild-caught Alaskan Salmon directly from our buddy in Alaska? It’s a tradition we hold dear here at Buddy Boy Fine Barbecue, and it’s one of the things that makes our Lent menu so special. For those of you observing Lent, we’re excited to offer these fresh, wild-caught fish, prepared with a delicate white wine lemon reduction and served with a beautiful assortment of seasonal vegetables.
