This Friday's pig roast theme: German! Slow-roasted and basted in Unmapped Brewing Co's Paddle North beer, seasoned with a bold blend of German spices. Sides include Bavarian Potato Salad, Pretzel Rolls, and tangy Krautsalat. Themed drinks will include a Czech-style pilsner, Wild Rice Cream Ale, and a Flagship American IPA from Unmapped Brewing Co
